1. Nature of Services
Vortifyr Tech is a technology services company. All our products — including Flight Booking Engines, Travel CRM platforms, API Aggregation solutions, and Graphic Design services — are digital in nature and delivered electronically. There are no physical goods involved in our standard service offerings.
2. Delivery of Digital Services
Our digital services and products are delivered as follows:
- Software Solutions: Deployed to your designated server, cloud hosting environment, or provided as a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform accessible via the web
- API Integrations: Delivered through API credentials, documentation, and technical onboarding shared via secure email or client portal
- Graphic Design Assets: Delivered electronically via email, cloud storage links, or our project management tools in specified file formats
- Source Code: Where applicable, provided through secure code repositories (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket) or encrypted file transfers
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on the nature and complexity of the project:
- Standard Solutions: Pre-built solutions like our Flight Booking Engine can be set up and delivered within 1–7 business days after confirmation of the order and receipt of necessary details
- Custom Development: Custom projects are delivered as per the milestones and timeline outlined in the project agreement or statement of work (SOW)
- Design Services: Graphic design deliverables are typically completed within 3–10 business days depending on complexity and revision cycles
4. Delivery Confirmation
Upon successful delivery, we will:
- Send a delivery confirmation notification via email
- Provide access credentials and setup documentation where applicable
- Schedule a handover call or training session if included in the service package
5. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Incomplete or delayed information from the client
- Changes in project scope or requirements
- Third-party dependencies (e.g., API provider downtimes, hosting issues)
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
In the event of a delay, we will promptly notify you and provide a revised delivery schedule.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to:
- Provide all necessary information, content, and access credentials in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed-upon review period
- Designate a single point of contact for communication
7. Physical Shipments (If Applicable)
In rare cases where physical delivery is involved (e.g., branded materials, hardware tokens, or documentation), shipping will be handled through reputable courier services. Shipping costs, tracking details, and estimated delivery times will be communicated separately.
