This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Vortifyr Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("Vortifyr Tech", "we", "us", or "our") handles refund requests and cancellations for our travel technology services and solutions.
1. General Policy
As a digital services company, Vortifyr Tech delivers technology solutions that involve significant time, resources, and customization. Due to the nature of our services, refund and cancellation terms vary based on the type of engagement and the stage of project delivery.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Before Project Commencement
If you wish to cancel your order before work has commenced:
- A full refund will be issued (minus any applicable processing fees)
- Cancellation must be requested in writing via email to support@vortifyr.com
2.2 After Project Commencement
Once work has begun on your project:
- Cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Fees for work already completed will be retained
- Any deliverables completed up to the cancellation date will be provided to you
- A pro-rata refund may be issued for services not yet rendered, at our discretion
2.3 Subscription & SaaS Services
For subscription-based or SaaS services:
- Cancellation may be requested at any time by providing written notice
- Service will continue until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle
- Access to the platform will be terminated at the end of the billing period
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:
- Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the timeline specified in the service agreement (after accounting for any client-caused delays)
- Major defects: If the delivered solution has significant defects that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
- Duplicate payment: If a payment was made in error or processed more than once
3.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after services have been delivered or substantially completed
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective design preferences (unless design revision options have been exhausted)
- Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required information, content, or access
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain registrations, hosting fees, API subscriptions)
- Services that have been fully rendered and accepted
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a request: Send an email to support@vortifyr.com with your order details, reason for refund, and any supporting documents
- Review: Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days
- Decision: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund via email
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method
5. Modifications & Revisions
If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you to contact us for modifications before requesting a cancellation or refund:
- Most service packages include a specified number of revision rounds
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be charged separately
- We are committed to working with you to ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations
6. Force Majeure
Vortifyr Tech shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, network outages, or other force majeure events.
